I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you can return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact within 72 hours.

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 72 hours from delivery.
  • Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene related items.
How to return the items?

In order to return the item, you need to report this to our representative. We will book a return for you. Then, you need to drop the parcel to the nearest courier office.

Can I schedule time with the courier to return an item?

At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly.

How can I receive a refund?

The paid amount will be refunded to your through easypaisa or else we’ll ask for your bank account details to online transfer.

I have ordered a customized seat cover, how many days will CHAUNSA take to deliver it and do the fitting?

You will find us at your doorstep within 3 days of ordering the seat cover.

I ordered a customized seat cover and now I want to cancel my order, what is the procedure?

It is very difficult for us to entertain such issues. There may be two cases in this scenario.
First Case: If the seat cover is not stitched yet.
You can cancel your order and get your advance back.
Second Case: If the seat cover is ready.
In this case where the seat cover is designed according to client’s need, we cannot cancel your order and in case you refuse, we have the right to keep the advance.

I have placed an order but confirmation call not received yet. What should I do?
