Standard Delivery Time of Goods and Services

  • Delivery times vary with the selection of products. See individual product for detail.
  • Delivery dates are given in our order confirmation and/or written correspondence are estimated delivery dates and non-binding otherwise confirmed by us in writing.
  • We make every effort to deliver customer orders within the specified delivery time. However, unforeseen circumstances like an act-of-Allah or traffic/parking restrictions may result in delays.
  • All delivery times stated, agreed or represented by us are meant to be indicative estimates only, and we will not be bound by or responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising to the customer from late deliveries
  • In the event that we are unable to make a delivery because no one is present at the delivery destination to receive the order, a certain amount of surcharge is applicable for a return trip to re-deliver the order.

Return/Exchange of Goods and Services Cancellation of Orders

  • If you are still confused with your order, you can cancel the order anytime by contacting us at orders@chaunsa.pk or calling at 0324-CHAUNSA.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order even after delivery, you can return all or any of the products you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs.
  • You have 72 hours to make a refund request after delivery, provided the item is not being used.
    Conditions for returns/exchanges:
  • The product must be unused, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • In case of a customized seat cover, you can not claim return/refund/exchange. We are not responsible for any damage or dissatisfaction after complete fitting.

  • If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, please report to us immediately. You will receive a full refund.
